Festival Information, Terms & Conditions

Admission
Admission is at the discretion of the festival organisers, children must be accompanied by an adult. Dogs are not allowed, except for registered assistance dogs. Alcohol may not be brought on to the site (licensed outlets are available on the festival site).

Tickets
Available in advance either online or through Festival appointed agents where booking fees may apply. Tickets will be available on the Festival Gate. Advance sales are expected to be high so please check availabilty before travelling. All Camping Tickets MUST BE PRE BOOKED

Adult Weekend £ 98 (Earlybird Price £90 Available until Feb 29)
Child Weekend £ 10 Children 10 - 16 years old. Have to be accompanied by an adult
Kids Weekend £ 4
Children 5 - 9 years old. Have to be accompanied by an adult

Weekend with Camping Ticket Prices
Adult Weekend with Camping £ 115 (Earlybird Price £99 Available until Feb 29)
Child Weekend with Camping £ 15 Children 10 - 16 years old. Have to be accompanied by an adult
Kids Weekend with Camping £ 5 Children 5 - 9 years old. Have to be accompanied by an adult

Campers in Vans Caravans and Trailer Tents must pre book a special pitch. £20
(These tickets are only available to people who have weekend ticket with camping)

Camping
Camping is only permitted within designated camping areas and with a valid camping ticket / corresponding wristband. No motorised vehicles will be allowed in the campsite or festival grounds without prior written consent. Camper vans will need to be parked in a separate designated site, access gained only by relevant vehicle pass.

Camping is available adjacent to the festival site. An area will be set aside for disabled campers. Please let the Festval Office know when you buy your tickets if you wish to camp in that area.

No Cars are allowed on the camp site, but parking is available in the adjacent field.

The campsite is open from 4pm on Friday 23rd May until 12am on Tue 28 May. No arrivals will be admitted between 9:30pm on Friday and 9:00am Saturday.

No fires. Barbeques must be self contained, (no disposable barbeques) and used responsibly.

Dogs are not allowed, except for registered assistance dogs.

The Festival Management & Promoters do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage of personal belongings.

Due to limited space and health and safety regulations, campervans only will be permitted in the campervan field and must be parked in accordance with the directions given by the attendant.

Times
Music starts Saturday 10.30. Last band offstage at 11:00pm. Site Curfew 11:30pm

Recording of Artists
Recording of any kind is not permitted on the festival site.

Privacy
Information collected by the festival organisers, electronically or otherwise is used for The Acoustic Festival of Britain purposes only. We do not pass information on to any third party. We may contact you by email or post to inform you of other future events. You may request exclusion from these lists in writing by email or letter.

Data collection by third parties, including ticketing agencies is not regulated by the festival organisers. We are not responsible for the content of any third party website in respect of the festival (linked or otherwise).

Tickets & Wristbands
All ticket holders must exchange their ticket for a wristband on arrival and must be worn at all times for the duration of the festival to gain access to the arena. NB: The wristbands are durable and will not come off when worn correctly so no replacements will be given for lost wristbands. Entrance to the campsite is with Camping wristband only.


Lost / Damaged Tickets Policy
Under no circumstances will The Acoustic Festival of Britain issue duplicates for lost or damaged tickets, so ensure that you keep your ticket safe!

Right of Admission

The Acoustic Festival of Britain reserves the right to refuse admission to the festival of any persons reasonably deemed may be a risk to their own or others safety and/or that may affect the enjoyment of others and/or the running of the festival. E.g. persons will not be admitted who in the opinion of festival authorities and/or designated representatives, appear to be under the influence of drink and/or illegal substances and/or is acting aggressively and/or is abusive. Strictly no illegal substances permitted. The Festival Promoters & Management does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage of personal belongings.

Prohibitions

Glass bottles, open fires, fireworks and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and are therefore not allowed onsite. No animals will be permitted to festival arena with the exception of guide dogs for the blind. No private sound systems will be permitted onsite. No video or tape recorders, professional photographic equipment or laser pens will be permitted onsite.


Disabled Facilities

There will be a designated area of the campsite for disabled patrons. A designated disabled parking area will be assigned adjacent to the arena and close to the main festival entrance.


Programme

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full advertised programme perform, the promoters reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artistes, and to vary the advertised programme and running times if necessary, without prior notice.


Trading

Strictly no trading is permitted within the festival arena without prior written consent.
