We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Information collected by the festival organisers, electronically or otherwise is used for The Acoustic Festival of Britain purposes only.
We do not pass information on to any third party.
We, acting as the Acoustic Festival of Britain may contact you by email or post to inform you of other future events.
You may request exclusion from these lists in writing by email or letter.
Data collection by third parties, including ticketing agencies is not regulated by the festival organisers.
We are not responsible for the content of any third party website in respect of the festival (linked or otherwise).
Admission is at the discretion of the festival organisers.
All under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
NO Dogs are allowed, except for registered assistance dogs.
NO Alcohol brought on to the site (licensed outlets are available on the festival site).

Day Tickets are limited but may be available on the each day of the festival at the Festival Box Office.
Advance sales are expected to be high so please check availability before travelling.
All Camping Tickets MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.
We reserve the right to make alterations to the time, date, duration and venue of the festival in the event of unforeseen or other circumstances.
Including (but without limitation) Force Majeure, safety and security concerns or decisions from authorised persons or other competent authority.
In the event of such alteration neither we or our official ticket agent will be liable to the Ticket Holder or any other person for any costs.
All tickets sales are final and may NOT be transferred to a third party after sale.
Please ensure you have selected the correct tickets and camping options to facilitate your visit.
Cancellation of ticket order must be made in writing, to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of order.
No cancellation will be accepted within 10 days of the event start date.
Any refund, (agreed upon discussion with the festival organisers), will ONLY occur if the event has not happened.
Please note: Any costs incurred by the ticketing agency will be deducted from the agreed refunds.
Camping is only permitted within designated camping areas and with a valid camping ticket / corresponding wristband.
Camper vans will need to be parked in a separate designated area, access gained only by relevant vehicle pass.
Camping area is adjacent to the festival site. An area will be set aside for disabled campers.
Please let the Ticket Office know when you buy your tickets if you wish to camp in that area.
We have plenty of space on the campsite. Please ensure that your tent is no less than 6m from your neighbour.
Please follow the guidance of any steward/staff member advising spacing based on fire regulations
If you have ANY doubts about your position, please contact a member of the steward team BEFORE you set up, this will avoid the unncessary time wasted in moving.
No fires. All Barbeques must be self contained, off the ground (no disposable barbeques) and used responsibly.
The Festival Management and Promoters do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
Uttoxeter Racecourse will be charging a modest entry of £5 per vehicle entering the site, payable at the entrance.
This charge is not made by The Acoustic Festival Management and we do not receive any of the money gathered.
And the parking near to / next to your camping, is rare and very special. So careful parking is expected .
Lost and Found
Children will not be allowed into or off the event site without an adult.
Children will not be allowed into or off the event camp site without an adult.
We have a children’s area within the event site.
The stewards will have child care police check in place and will be working daily in this area for ease of identification
Lost children should be announced to the nearest steward or security officer.
The event control office and main gate box office / entrance will then proceed with the search and announcements.
Should children lose the parents, the same procedure.
Please remember your children are on holiday and your responsibility, we do not offer a créche facility.
Lost and found items can be reported at the main gate entrance and box office, where along with the personnel working the box office, a notice board will be made available for messages.
Lost and found items still outstanding, will appear on our web pages after the event.
Music starts Friday 12.00 noon.
Last band off main stage at 11:00pm.
Site Curfew 12:30am
Recording of Artists
Recording of any kind is not permitted on the festival site, without written permission from festival management.
Tickets and Wristbands
All ticket holders must exchange their ticket for a wristband on arrival and must be worn at all times for the duration of the festival to gain access to the arena.
NB: The wristbands are durable and will not come off when worn correctly so no replacements will be given for lost wristbands.
Entrance to the campsite is with Camping wristband only.
Right of Admission
The Acoustic Festival of Britain reserves the right to refuse admission to the festival of any persons reasonably deemed may be a risk to their own or others safety and/or that may affect the enjoyment of others and/or the running of the festival. E.g. persons will not be admitted who in the opinion of festival authorities and/or designated representatives, appear to be under the influence of drink and/or illegal substances and/or is acting aggressively and/or is abusive.
Strictly no illegal substances permitted.
The Festival Promoters & Management does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
‘Legal High’ Substances are strictly prohibited and are therefore not allowed onsite.
No animals will be permitted to festival arena or campsite with the exception of guide dogs for the blind.
No private sound systems will be permitted onsite. NO POSTER or FLYERS permitted.
No video or tape recorders or laser pens will be permitted onsite. No litter abuse tolerated.
There will be a designated area of the campsite for disabled patrons.
A designated disabled parking area will be assigned adjacent to the arena and close to the main festival entrance.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full advertised programme perform, the promoters reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artistes, and to vary the advertised programme and running times if necessary, without prior notice.
Strictly no trading is permitted within the festival arena, campsite or car parks without prior written consent.
